Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Rinse off the Brussels sprouts. Chop the sprouts in half. If you want extra loose leaves, pull some off. I like to have loose leaves because they get nice and crispy and yummy.
  • Add the sprouts to a medium mixing bowl along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix to combine.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 F. Line one of the pans that comes in the air fryer with tin foil. Spread the sprouts on the pan and set in the air fryer on the middle rack.
  • Roast for 15 minutes. The sprouts will be crispy and golden brown when done. Enjoy as a side dish or even alone. They are so easy to just pop in your mouth and eat fresh out of the air fryer.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
  • I do not recommend freezing air fryer Brussels sprouts.
