Feta Cheese Greek yogurt Olive Oil Lemon Juice Salt and Pepper
Cube the feta and put into a food processor. Add the Greek yogurt and blend for 30 seconds. Add the olive oil and lemon juice while food processor is running. Blend until smooth, another 30-60 seconds.
Transfer the whipped feta to a medium saucepan. Heat on the stove over medium-low heat. You'll want to stir it intermittently as you don't want it to burn.
Heat until smooth and bubbly. This should only take about 5 minutes, then you'll have some amazingly delicious cheese.
Garnish with rosemary and kalamata olives; serve with fresh baked Cuban bread.
