Flour Sugar Salt Butter Baking Powder Egg Greek Yogurt Milk/Cream Bacon Cheese Green Onions
Cube cold butter into small pieces and set in the fridge. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the wet ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients along with the bacon, cheese, and green onions. Mix everything together until just combined into a dough ball.
Split the dough in half and flatten into 6 inch discs, 1 1/2 inches thick. Cut each disc into six triangles. Spread them apart so sides are not touching. Set tray in the fridge. Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place scones in preheated oven and bake for 18 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. Remove from oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before enjoying a delicious, warm scone.
