White Chocolate Cranberry Blondies

Flour Sugar Butter Egg Vanilla Extract Baking Powder Ground Ginger Ground Cloves Salt White Chocolate Chips Dried Cranberries

Melt the butter in the microwave and add to a large bowl. Whisk in the sugar then the egg. Mix in vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, ginger and cloves.

With a spoon, mix in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Add the batter to a prepared baking dish and put in the preheated oven.

Bake the blondies for 25-30 minutes. While the blondies are baking, make the Cream Cheese Frosting.

Let blondies rest for ten minutes before removing them from the baking dish to cool on a wire rack. Make sure blondies are fully cooled down before frosting.
