Chop the artichoke hearts into smaller pieces; roast garlic and artichokes for 20 minutes at 400 F.
Cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream and mayonnaise, blend until smooth. Add the lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and cumin, blend in.
Add the artichokes and garlic to the cheese mixture once they're done roasting. Add the parmesan cheese, reserving some for the top. Mix everything together.
Add mixture to a small cast iron pan, sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 F. Enjoy hot with some warm Cuban bread.
