Yeast Water Flour Sugar Butter Eggs Whole Milk Salt Filling Icing
First, you'll prep the yeast mixture. Next, using the yeast mixture, you'll make the dough for the rolls. Knead for 5 minutes, then form a dough ball and set back in the bowl while you make the filling.
After you've made the icing, roll the dough out into a large rectangle on a floured work surface. Spread the filling onto the rolled out dough. Roll the dough up carefully and slice into twelve equal pieces.
Arrange the slices evenly into a 9x13 pan. Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. After the rolls have risen, bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
While the rolls are baking, make the icing. You'll want to put the icing on the rolls when they are hot so it seeps everywhere, filling all the nooks and crannies so you have the delicious icing all over the rolls.
Serve the rolls hot! There's nothing better than warm cinnamon rolls dripping with icing. Yum!
