Blueberry Scones

How to Make

Ingredients

Flour Sugar  Salt Baking Powder Egg Butter Vanilla Cinnamon Greek yogurt Heavy Cream Blueberries

Cut very cold butter into small cubes. Whisk together the wet ingredients.

Add dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Cut butter into dry ingredients with a pastry cutter.

Add wet ingredients into dry, add the blueberries. 

Mix with a spatula until just combined. Use your hands to form the dough ball.

Split the dough ball in two equal halves. Flatten each half into a 6 inch disc. 

Cut the discs into six pieces, pull them about an inch apart.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Drizzle with lemon glaze if desired.
